Fabric Formation (Weaving / Terry Production)
Yarn is converted into fabric by product type:
• Woven fabric: bedsheets, pillow covers, duvet covers
• Terry/loop fabric: towels, bath mats (as applicable)
Pre-Processing
Fabric is prepared for performance and finishing.
This supports cleanliness, softness, and shrinkage control
Bleaching / Dyeing (As Required)
Fabric is processed to achieve the required shade:
white / optical white / colours (as required).
Focus: wash durability and appearance
Finishing (Handfeel & Stability)
Finishing improves softness and smoothness.
It also ensures dimensional stability for commercial wash cycles.
Cutting & Stitching (Product Conversion)
Fabric is cut to hospitality sizes.
Stitching is done with reinforced finishing for long-term use.
Product-Specific Manufacturing
• Bedsheets / Pillow Covers / Duvet Covers: precision stitching & finishing
• Towels / Bath Mats: hemming & edge finishing for durability
• Duvets: filling + quilting/box stitching to maintain shape
• Mattress Protectors: layered construction + elastic fitting (as per model)
• Mattress Toppers: filling + quilting + edge finishing/piping (as per model)
Quality Inspection (Batch Check)
Final checks include:
• Size accuracy
• Stitching strength & finishing
• Fabric uniformity and appearance
• Overall guest-ready presentation
Packing & Dispatch
